The Spice Shack of Sun Valley
The Spice Shack of Sun Valley crafts small-batch spice blends and tea blends using real, high-quality ingredients—herbs, veggies, fruits, and flowers sourced from local Idaho growers and trusted, transparent suppliers. Many of our herbs, flowers, and fruits are dehydrated in-house at peak freshness, giving every blend richer aroma and cleaner, more vibrant colors and flavors.
Our goal is to ELEVATE your cooking experience-not fill it with dyes and chemicals, metals, or toxins- we never use fillers or preservatives. No silicones, citric acid, or dioxides in our blends!
Each recipe is bottled in recyclable glass, and made locally in Ketchum, Idaho. The result of our hard work is honest, handcrafted spice blends and thoughtful tea blends that make cooking and sipping simpler, tastier, and more nourishing.
The Spice Shack of Sun Valley started in 2021 in Ketchum, Idaho by a local outdoor guide and chef, Courtney Modaff.
